HOW IT STARTED

We saw a gap — and decided to fill it

Aditheos was founded in India in 2023, born out of a frustration that was hard to ignore. Across SAP projects, the pattern kept repeating — tight delivery timelines forcing teams to cut corners, quality suffering as a result, and clients left with systems that worked on paper but not in practice.

At the same time, a new space was opening up. SAP’s AI capabilities were maturing fast — BTP, Joule, Generative AI Hub — but very few companies were delivering genuine value in this space. Most were running pilots that never saw production. The gap between what SAP AI could do and what clients were actually getting was wide open.

Aditheos was built to close both gaps. To deliver SAP projects the way they should be delivered — with quality, honesty, and enough time taken to do it right — and to be one of the few teams actually making SAP AI work in the real world.

Shweta Parasar

Founder & Director

Shweta’s path to founding Aditheos is not the typical one. Before building a technology consultancy, she spent years in education — and that background shapes everything about how Aditheos works with clients.

Teaching demands clarity. It demands patience. It demands the ability to take something complex and make it genuinely understandable to the person in front of you. In a world where SAP consultancies routinely overwhelm clients with jargon and technical complexity, Shweta built Aditheos to work differently — explaining what is being built, why it matters, and what it will actually change.

Originally from Deoghar, Jharkhand, Shweta made the move from India to Australia — bringing with her a strong network of SAP specialists and the ability to deliver enterprise-grade work at offshore rates without compromising on quality or communication.

THE NAME

What does Aditheos mean?

Aditheos draws from two ancient languages. Adi — from Sanskrit — means infinite, boundless, without beginning or end. Theos — from Greek — means divine.

A name that bridges cultures and continents, much like the company itself.
