Issue / Problem Statement

Many times while exporting the data from ALV users accidentally selects “Always Use Selected Format” and later they do not get any option to select a different format during export. This happens because the export setting is persisted in the ALV admin table SALV_BS_ADMIN

Solution

You can execute the report “SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN” to clear/reset the settings saved by the user.
Select the user settings and delete the same.
