SAP has provided this app for business experts and implementation consultants, to create their own fields and enhancement implementations to customize applications and their UIs, reports, email templates, and form templates.

App Documentation (How to extend using the given Fiori Application)
This blog explains how to transport the extensions/enhancement created using Custom Fields and Logic App.
It is assumed that the user has extensions/enhancements to be transported and is aware of how to create the same. If not then you can follow the link provided above.
For this scenario, we have created a Data Source Extension for the Fiori App Display Line Items in General Ledger (F2218)
Transporting the extensions/enhancement created using Custom Fields and Logic App
Configure Software Packages for transporting extensions
Fiori application in S/4 HANA to configure software packages for transporting extension items. Application ID is F1590
Step 1: Open the Fiori App “Configure Software Packages”
Step 2: Add Registration for Custom Package
Click on the button Add Registration and select the Package
Step 3: Assign Transport Request for the Package
Select the Transport Request using the Input Help available against the package.
If you wish you can turn on automatic Request and Task handling. This will automatically create Transport Request and corresponding task for this package.
The next step is to register the extensions for transport

Register Extensions for Transport
Fiori application in S/4 HANA to register extensions for being transported in your production system. Application ID is F1589
Step 1: Open the Fiori App “Register Extensions for Transport”
Step 2: Search for your extensions
Search your extension using the search option provided.
Generally, the Extension is auto-assigned to the Local Test Package configured using transaction code S_ATO_SETUP
Step 3: Reassign the extension to the desired package
Select the extension and click on the button “Reassign to Package”
Note: In the dropdown, only the packages configured using the above step will appear.
As soon as the package is assigned Transport Request will be auto-asigned.
If Automatic Request and Task handling are selected then from next time this will be automatically created if no transport request exists.
You can also manually assign the transport request using the button “Assign to Transport Request”
